I’ve been fascinated with behavioral research for most of my life.

Going totally oldschool, I don’t have an e-reader but my home office is filled with psychology books from top-to-bottom, and I regularly read research papers at a tune of at least 3 a week (how nerdy is that?!).

Professionally, I’m the marketing director (affectionately known as the ‘Chief Persuasion Officer’) at a prominent software startup in TechStars Boston known as Help Scout.
